We present an ecosystem around electrical autonomous ships including fully digital harbors, hydrogen and charging infrastructure, shipyard, and JVs – zero emission. Rewriting the rulebook of maritime transportation, we offer solutions for sustainable mobility and logistics on the water.
OUR PITCH
Problem
We develop solutions to the greatest challenges facing inland and maritime shipping: pollution, low water and increasing traffic by urbanization.
Pollution: Shipping is responsible for 3.7 % of CO2 emissions in the EU with an annual increase of 14%. Shipping is also responsible for 2% of all global greenhouse gas emissions. Diesel and lubricants pollute the oceans, and conventional boats are very noisy.
Low water: Climate change is causing low water levels. In 2018 this leads in a loss of 5 billion Euro in German economy.
Urbanization: In big cities, traffic is increasing dramatically. 50% of the population are living in cities. 70% of carbon emissions are cause by cities. Waterways are so far underutilized for mobility and small cargo.

Solution & Innovation
We present an ecosystem around electric, autonomous boats and ships, being the first total service provider for clean transportation in maritime logistics and mobility.
This ecosystem includes:
- Green Boats Engineering: Retrofit propulsion kits with electrical systems including fuel cells and green hydrogen
- Autonomous, zero emission passenger transport: FutureOne, the Uber on the water
- Autonomous, zero emission cargo transport: CargoOne, the truck on the water
- Fully digital and emission-free port for the logistics chain of tomorrow with autonomous boats and ships and the communication of all participants
- Digital test field on the federal waterway Schlei: as a European test and validation center for autonomous shipping (the TÜV on the water). The digital test field is a regulatory sandbox (Reallabor) awarded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK)
OUR PITCH
Business Model
Each branch of Unleash Future Boats has a high performing business model. Business models include selling hardware, leasing of hardware components creating re-occurring revenue streams, selling software services and apps to chartering boats, providing Mobility-as-a-Service, providing Logistics-as-a-Service, building infrastructure with long term and secured business revenue and many more.
All units are self-contained and independently generate strong streams of income. In the overall structure, there are additional multipliers, sharply increased sales figures, for example in the drive systems, but also the spread to new regions.
As Europe becomes more self-sufficient and diversified in energy supply, a zero-emission infrastructure is emerging, which will bring about a strong growth phase with long-term supply chains through the propulsion systems and synergy effects with land-based vehicles. The company is supported by the federal government.

Green Boats Engineering is both asset based and IP based investment including an immediate growth perspective including long-term revenue streams because of complementing infrastructure opportunities.
Our management team is a cross industry expert group covering automotive, maritime and avionics to create innovative momentum and a fast transition for clean maritime transportation systems.
B2B rollout strategy includes two European countries stimulating the market with promotions to end customers. Multi-Language skills is a plus for applicants.
